This month I have been doing a lot of administrative work. In particular, I was working on putting together poster packs. This involved checking through a master set of poster and photocopying some of the posters, to put together with other resources to create some new packs. Some of the posters need laminating so they can be used for displays and I also had to make a 'Contents' pages for each pack of posters.
I have also been to a Parkinson Group exercise session. Some of the people who come to the group suffer from the disease themselves, while others have lost a loved one who suffered from the disease. As the people who suffer from the disease have limited movement, seated exercises are done with the group.
