It's the first month of my placement and I really enjoy it. All my work colleagues are very nice and friendly. While on my placement I will be getting involved in as many activities, community events and development activities as possible.

Some of the sessions that I will be involved in are:
Walks - with beginners, intermediates and advanced walkers
Seated exercise class
Dance for Life class- at Fitness First in Keighley
Healthwise class- Keighley Leisure Centre
Tic Tic - at Oakbank School for the school children (where young people can seek advice on a range of matters)
Doctor's surgery in Keighley - Health of Men's group
Anti bullying sessions - which are at different schools.

I will be working alongside a member of staff from Airedale Primary Care Trust when I am attending these sessions.
