Even though it is only half way through November, there are discussions being held already regarding the proposed festive celebrations and the holidays.
Michelle and I were given an insight into the whole organisation process and coupled with the constant stream of buffet orders we are receiving in the run up to Christmas, it's certainly becoming rather hectic.
It has also been a time for reflection, a chance to look back on the Apprenticeship so far and to gather together all we have learnt and experienced. I never imagined that I would grow sick of the sight of open sandwiches, spring rolls and homemade iced buns [ok, maybe not so much the buns..!] All this dealing with food, albeit healthy, just serves to increase my appetite. How will I cope with the prospect of festive buffets at our Christmas parties...?
I am hoping to take some annual leave soon so it may be a while until the next Blogs.
