After over 2 weeks annual leave, I went back to work and straight into the Health Apprentices Braithwaite and Guardhouse Community Association Summer event at the Whinfield centre. This ran for 2 weeks.
Myself, Amarya and Aneesa (other Apprentices) had planned activities for Friday 18th August. The afternoon went really well and the children really enjoyed themselves especially the fruit and vegetable tasting and not forgetting the disco, which they enjoyed the most. The healthy eating message seemed to be taken up by a great many young people.
