I have just started my Apprenticeship and I am hoping to gain experience of working in community centres and with different community groups. I want to develop a better understanding of community work and in particular, of how to be change attitudes and beliefs about people with learning disabilities.

The Apprenticeship will be a real challenge for me and although I already feel confident about listening and speaking to groups, this will give me a chance to improve my skills and abilities further.
