About JamesHiI'm James and I am 26 years old. At the present time, I live at home with my mum in Keighley. Five years ago I helped set up The Out There Club in Keighley, which supports people who have special needs, and I still attend their meetings on a weekly basis. I am a member of the Bradford Sports Association and in 2005 I won a silver medal in the 400m at the Special Olympic Games in Glasgow. I wanted to be a Health Apprentice because it would open new doors for me and it would be a great challenge. I will be based at Keighley Voluntary Services and one of my areas of work will be at the Hainworth Community Centre, helping at the luncheon club for senior citizens. |
