This month I couldn't help at the Whinfield summer activities with the other Apprentices, because I was so busy helping to run a pool tournament at the Keith Thompson Centre for the young people (apologies to Tracey!). The first week was for 8-11 year-olds and the second week was for 12-15 year-olds. At the end of each week all the players got medals for taking part and the winners were awarded trophies. The Keighley News came and took photographs of the winners.

Some of the other Health Apprentices have been helping with activities at the Whinfield Centre and on the last day Cherita, Maxine and I did a healthy buffet for them, including different sandwiches, salad, fruit and buns. We enjoyed doing this, as it was something different for us.
