Blog Guidance

At least once a month you will be expected to contribute a written piece of information about the work you have undertaken in the preceding month. It can be factual, your reflections on the work you have done or a combination of both.

You should submit the information to Ian at KVS, who will arrange for it to be added to the website. It would be most helpful if you could email the information to Ian but you could photocopy an article from your portfolio if you necessary.

IT IS ESSENTIAL that you follow the following guidelines when you compile your piece/s of writing:-
You can include

  • What you have actually done
  • Your feelings and thoughts about the work.
  • Your plans or hopes for the following month
  • Other people's names, but only with their prior, written consent. (I will need to have a copy of this consent)
The following MUST NOT be included
  • Confidential, personal or sensitive information about the people and organisations you are working with.
  • Financial information and information about employees, volunteers, trustees, students (such as salaries, expenses)
  • Inflammatory, derogatory or libellous information

If you are in any doubt as to whether you might infringe these guidelines, you should seek guidance from Ian in the first instance.
